Ff13 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the ff13 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using our services.
Updated: January 2026. Continued use of the ff13 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Account Creation
By registering and using the ff13 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ff13's services.
To register an account, you must be at least 18 years of age. ff13 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ff13 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, please notify us immediately through our support channels.

2. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an ff13 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the ff13 platform without written authorisation
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or abuse the platform's payment system, bonuses, or promotions
- Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to use your account
- Carrying out any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or performance of the platform
- Uploading or distributing content that contains malware, malicious code, or any material that violates applicable laws
- Using your ff13 account for any money laundering or financial fraud activities
Ff13 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding related transactions, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit transactions on ff13 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available deposit methods include TNG, FPX and major local Malaysian banks. Deposits are credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe upon successful payment verification. ff13 reserves the right to reject or suspend any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity.
Withdrawal requests are processed to a Malaysian local bank account registered in the same user's name. ff13 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the selected method. Any taxes or fees charged by the receiving bank are the user's responsibility.
Ff13 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Any attempt to deposit funds from unknown sources or third parties may result in account suspension and the return of funds to their original source.
In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact ff13 support within 14 days of the transaction date. ff13 will investigate each dispute fairly based on system records and available evidence.
4. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Ff13 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. ff13 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, server delays, or internet connection failures.
Ff13's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ff13 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any term set out in this document
- Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
- Opening of multiple accounts by the same individual
- Failed age or identity verification
- Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the investigation is complete.
Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in online betting activities is lawful in their jurisdiction. ff13 does not provide legal advice.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the ff13 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of ff13 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of this content without prior written permission.
The ff13 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. ff13 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those websites separately before engaging with them.
Ff13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute relating to the use of the ff13 platform.
